Our production facility is organized for efficient fabric manufacturing.

Wide-width weaving machines for 210–220 CM polyester pongee production.

Polyester yarn is woven into pongee fabric on our looms.

Fabric takes shape as it moves through the weaving machines.

Finished fabric is rolled onto tubes for further processing.

Fabric goes through finishing process before inspection.

GSM, width and surface quality checked for every batch.

Finished rolls stored in our warehouse, ready for shipment.

Rolls packed with PE film protection for export.

Container loading for international delivery.
