How to Source Mattress Lamination Fabric from China

Sourcing mattress lamination fabric from China requires careful evaluation. Here are practical steps.

First, confirm the supplier is a real factory, not a trading company. Ask for factory photos, production videos, or arrange a visit.

Second, request samples and test them. Check GSM, width, and fabric surface quality. Compare with your specification.

Third, discuss production capacity and lead time. Make sure the factory can handle your volume consistently.

Fourth, start with a trial order before committing to large volumes. This reduces risk and lets you evaluate real production quality.

Finally, maintain clear communication about specifications. The more specific you are about GSM, width, and quality requirements, the better the result.
