How We Check GSM in Production
GSM (grams per square meter) is one of the most important specifications for mattress lamination fabric. Even small variations can affect the lamination result.
In our factory, GSM checking is part of daily production routine, not just a final inspection step. We use calibrated weighing equipment to measure fabric samples from each batch.
During weaving, operators monitor the fabric weight at regular intervals. If a deviation is detected, adjustments are made immediately rather than waiting until the end of production.
For every completed roll, we record the GSM value. This allows us to track consistency across batches and ensure repeat orders match the original specification.
When you receive a sample from us, the GSM you measure should match what you get in bulk production. That is what stable production means.
